Co-parenting,
simplified.

When a conversation gets stuck, Loop helps you find the words, and keeps the calendar, expenses and records both homes depend on.

See it work

Watch the argument
not happen.

The message you were going to send, the nudge only you can see, and the one you send instead.

  1. A message lands badly. The bit where most co-parenting apps stop being any help at all.
  2. Loop reads the room, privately. Sam is never told the nudge appeared, or that you tapped it.
  3. Three ways to say it. Not one “correct” version. Options, and you pick.
  4. You send the one you meant. Same point, minus the fight.

Recreated from the app, word for word. The rewrites above are Loop’s own. Join the waitlist to try it on your own conversations.

AI mediation · Premium

When neither of you
will move.

Tone check helps you say it better. This is for when saying it better isn’t the problem, and it ends with something you can both point back to.

  1. Ask when you’re stuck. One tap on Resolution. No forms, no explaining it again from the start.
  2. Loop reads the whole conversation. Not just the last message, so it sees what you each actually want.
  3. A proposal in two halves. What to do about this weekend, and the rule that stops it happening again.
  4. Neither of you is bound by the other. It only counts when you have both agreed. Loop decides nothing.
  5. Then it becomes a record. Saved to your Agreements, so “we agreed this” stops being a matter of memory.

The proposal above is Loop’s own, word for word. AI mediation is part of Premium.

Inside the app

A calmer screen for
a complicated life.

Every screen below is the real app, not a mock-up.

A Loop conversation about swapping weekends. Beneath a tense message, a private prompt reads ‘Reads a little tense. Help me reply calmly. Only you can see this.’
AI mediation & tone check

A mediator in your pocket, at 11pm on a Sunday.

Most co-parenting apps hand you a shared calendar and wish you luck. Loop steps in at the moment it actually goes wrong, on the message you’re about to send, and the argument neither of you can get out of.

  • Tone check, before you send. “Reads a little tense. Help me reply calmly.” Your co-parent never sees the nudge, or that you used one.
  • Mediation when you’re stuck. Loop proposes a fair resolution you can both respond to, and you decide whether to take it.
  • Somewhere to vent first. A private AI chat only you can see, for the reply you shouldn’t send.
  • Agreed something? Save it. Turn a conversation into a record you can both point back to.
Loop’s month view for August 2026, with today circled and dots marking days that have events.
Shared calendar

The calendar both homes actually trust.

Week or month, every event tagged with the child it belongs to and the parent who has them. No more screenshots of a calendar sent at 11pm.

  • Who has them, at a glance. Each day shows whose it is, so nobody has to count weeks backwards.
  • Set it up by describing it. Tell Loop your arrangement in plain English and it builds the schedule for you.
  • One source of truth. Both parents see the same calendar, updated live.
Loop’s expenses screen showing a shared wallet for Lucy: £131.00 spent this month, £36.00 outstanding between you and Sam.
Expenses

Money, without the running total in your head.

A wallet for each child. Log what you spent, attach the receipt, and let Loop keep the score so neither of you has to.

  • Per child, not per argument. See what’s been spent on each of them this month.
  • Ask once. Request funds, suggest a split, and let reminders do the chasing.
  • Export when you need it. A clean summary for mediation, or for your own records.
Lucy’s space in Loop: her name and school, drawings pinned ‘on the fridge’, and a row of shared photo moments.
Every child’s own space

Their world, not their case file.

Each child gets a space of their own: their drawings on the fridge, their moments, their school and medical details, their milestones.

  • On the fridge. Artwork from both houses, in one place, where it belongs.
  • The details that matter. Allergies, school and medical notes, where the other parent can find them.
  • A colour of their own. Each child keeps one colour everywhere in the app.
Loop’s handoff journal, with entries noting a happy handover, what was in the bag, and a note that homework is done.
Handoff journal

Handovers you don’t have to remember.

Thirty seconds at the door: how they were, and what went with them. Both parents see it, so nothing gets lost between houses.

  • How it went. Tag the mood, happy, tired or calm, without writing an essay.
  • What’s in the bag. PE kit, inhaler, the reading book. Written once, seen by both.
  • Private notes stay private. Your own observations are never shown to your co-parent.
A Loop call summary: main topics including Lucy losing a tooth and confirming the swimming gala, arrangements for Saturday, no concerns raised, and follow-ups for both parents.
Calls · coming soon

The call, written up before you’ve put the phone down.

Call your co-parent inside Loop. With both parents’ consent, Loop records it, writes the transcript, and turns the whole thing into a summary you can actually use, so “what did we agree?” has an answer.

  • Main topics, arrangements, concerns, follow-ups. Four headings, so a twelve-minute call becomes something you can scan.
  • Who agreed to do what. “Sam will drop Lucy at the gala at 9am”, written down, not remembered differently later.
  • The full transcript too. Every word, timestamped, including the bits worth keeping: a lost tooth, a proud moment.
  • Never without consent. Nothing is recorded unless both parents opt in, every time.
A change request in Loop: Sam has asked to have Lucy on 25–26 July, with Approve and Decline buttons.
Change requests

Ask for a change without asking twice.

Request a swap, give the reason once, and let the calendar handle the rest. Approve or decline in a tap, and an agreed change updates both calendars.

  • No ambiguity. Every request is written down, with a yes or a no attached to it.
  • Both calendars, one change. Agree it and it’s done. Nobody updates anything twice.
  • A history you can point to. Past requests stay on file, answered and dated.
Privacy & security

Built for the hardest
conversations.

Loop holds children’s information, so it is built to the standards that expects: encrypted, access-controlled, consent-first, and yours to take away whenever you want it.

Loop is built and run in the UK and EU under UK GDPR. We have completed a Data Protection Impact Assessment covering how children’s data is handled. Ask us anything before you sign up.

Encrypted, in transit and at rest

Everything you send is encrypted on the way to Loop and encrypted where it’s stored.

You choose who sees what

Access is scoped child by child. A co-parent, a grandparent and a childminder each see only their part.

Consent-first by design

Tone checks and private AI chats are yours alone. Your co-parent is never shown them, or told you used one. Recording will always need both parents to opt in.

Yours to take, or delete

Export your whole record whenever you like, and delete your account and its data for good.

Pricing

Simple, honest
pricing.

The AI that reads the room, mediates when you’re stuck and writes up the record. That’s what these plans are for. Cancel anytime.

Every new account starts with a free 14-day trial of Essential, no card needed, and that includes a co-parent you invite, whose own 14 days begin when they sign up. If a trial ends without a subscription, nothing is lost: everything you saved stays readable and exportable, and adding new things resumes when you subscribe. Plans are per parent, so what you subscribe to never limits what your co-parent can see. Reaching your storage limit never deletes anything. Everything you have already uploaded stays readable and downloadable, and only new uploads pause until you are back within it. Early-bird pricing applies if you subscribe within three months of launch, and holds for twelve months from the day you subscribe; after that it moves to the standard price shown in the app (£14.99 and £24.99 a month), and we’ll tell you before it does. Prices include VAT where it applies and may differ by country. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store under its own terms, and nothing is charged while Loop is in testing.
